Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-10-15 · Effective October 15, 2026
These terms govern access to the OlamidePanel instance provided by your account administrator (the operator). By checking the sign-in confirmation, you agree to these terms. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
1. Accounts and access
Use only accounts and resources you are authorized to access. Keep credentials private, use a unique password and report suspected compromise to your account administrator. Roles control available operations; panel root is an application role and does not confer Linux root access.
2. Permitted use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unsolicited abusive messaging, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized scanning or access, or disruption of other users or infrastructure. Obtain authorization before security testing. Do not bypass access controls or intentionally exhaust shared resources.
3. Your content
You retain rights to your files and other content. You are responsible for having permission to store and use it and for maintaining independent backups. You authorize the operator and its service providers to store and process it as reasonably necessary to deliver, secure and support the service. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
4. Availability and feature status
This release is a hosting-panel foundation. Features marked Planned are not implemented; domain inventory does not automatically configure websites or DNS. No uptime commitment, automatic backup or disaster-recovery guarantee is included unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, faults and security actions may interrupt access.
5. Suspension, deletion and termination
The operator may restrict access to protect the service, address misuse or comply with applicable obligations. Where practical and lawful, the operator should explain restrictions and provide a way to resolve them. Account deletion removes account records and domain inventory but may retain files, audit records and backups for operator-managed retention. Request clarification or deletion through your account administrator. No fixed deletion deadline is promised by this release.
6. Payments and additional services
No prices, subscriptions, refunds or paid service commitments are established by these terms. Any paid hosting or third-party integration requires separate disclosed terms. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own terms and licenses.
7. Disclaimers and rights
The service is provided on an as-available basis, to the extent permitted by law. You should verify suitability and maintain backups before relying on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a selected court/jurisdiction.
8. Changes and contact
The operator should publish a new version and notify users of material changes before applying them where required. Each successful confirmed sign-in records the displayed terms version and time. Contact the administrator who issued your account for support, account questions or disputes.
